Managing includes ensuring that tenants and clients' needs are met.
Your daily tasks would include:
Communicating with tenants for payment, maintenance/repair orders and inspections Communicating and supervising contractors to confirm completion of maintenance and repair orders Inspection of vacant and tenant-occupied units for maintenance, repair or renovation orders Obtaining photos of projects before, during and after Complete move-in and move-out inspection reports Input data into property management software Communicating with City and Housing Agencies regarding inspection reports and their completion Screen potential applicants to see if they qualify for available homes Schedule and complete showing appointments / open houses Posting new listings to be rented out Assist in marketing for the company Experience as a property manager is helpful but not required.
