Some qualities we seek in candidates are:
an energetic and positive attitude, good listener, able to learn, motivation to work independently as well as with others, able to accept constructive direction, able to ask questions when needed, can multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities:
Answer a multiple line phone system, direct calls and messages Check general voice mail Schedule customer appointments Confirm upcoming appointments Receive mail delivery, sort and manage outgoing mail Use multiple computer software systems (including Quickbooks) Assistant to Office Manager File and stay organize Order office supplies Provide clear communication with the customers and co-workers REQUIREMENTS:
Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office Comfortable using the phone and talking with customers Capable of problem solving and multitasking Able to follow directions and stay organized Excellent time management and prioritization skills Job Type:
