Looking for an experienced Assistant Apartment Manager who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Property located in Clarkston, MI Responsibilities include:
Attracting, retaining, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Assisting Manager in the operation of the community Performing LIHTC certifications Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Management - LIHTC or other subsidized program experience a plus The right candidate will possess a positive and professional image.
Self-motivation and direction are required.
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office a must, as well as user experience of property management software.
Boston Post software experience is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
