We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our front office team as an Administrative Assistant.
Our ideal candidate will act as the face of the company and have 1-2 years' experience working in a professional office setting.
A successful candidate will have a passion for assisting our clientele through excellent customer service and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can problem solve and multitask while keeping up with the demands of the front office, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Office Manager and Owner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer telephones & greet all patients who come into the office in a professional manner.
Work with our clinical and administrative staff and respond to all patient inquiries via email or phone in a prompt manner.
Process payments and bills including stuffing envelopes and assisting patients with electronic payment through a credit card interface.
Assist with file maintenance for all patient transactions, both online and hard copy while maintaining HIPPA standards.
Restock supplies in office and order supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office space.
COMPETENCIES At least 1-2 years previous front desk administrative experience required Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Able to work with minimal supervision Proficiency in general computer use, such as typing skills, internet use Proficiency in MS Office including, Outlook, Excel, and Word An interest in learning new tasks and providing ideas and suggestions in new ways to manage duties Job Type:

All staff, at this time, have been vaccinated and all patients are asked to wear a mask when coming in the office.
Many session are done through teletherapy to reduce the in office traffic.
