Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced property manager that enjoys working with tenants, and is passionate about the appearance and upkeep of their portfolio.
Must be available to work past 5 and on Saturdays to fulfill leasing obligations.
Schedule can be slightly flexible to accomplish goals.
Job Duties needed:
Over-site of Maintenance and Site Staff Leasing to new tenants, renewing existing leases and driving leasing traffic through online advertising Handling resident interaction, collections of rents, coordination of maintenance work, etc Daily building inspections / visits Reporting to central office in person monthly and with electronic reports weekly Responding to emergencies Obtaining / coordinating with vendors as necessary for repairs, projects Unit turn planning / inspections / scheduling / coordination Managing costs, recommending improvements to how things are done
Qualifications:
-Drivers License -Reliable transportation -Previous apartment management experience -Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
