Then Clarkston Medical Group is looking for a full-time, experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team!! PRIOR MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!! As a Receptionist with CMG, your goal will be to ensure that all patients, whether on the phone or in-person, have a lasting, positive impression.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited too:
Arranging patient appointments and registering them in our electronic medical record system Answering incoming phone calls and non-medical questions Verifying all patient contact and insurance information and entering it into the billing system for payment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Prior Medical Office experience (required) Athena experience, preferred Excellent computer skills
