We are seeking a Cemetery Digger to join our team.
As a Cemetery Digger, you will be responsible for digging graves and maintaining the cemetery grounds.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the use of hand tools and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Dig graves to specified depths and dimensions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cemetery regulations - Use hand tools such as shovels, picks, and spades to excavate soil - Operate power tools such as backhoes or excavators for larger digging projects - Assist with the placement of full vaults and cremains vaults into graves - Backfill graves with soil and tamp it down to ensure stability - Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed Skills:
