This is a perfect career for someone who has excellent work ethic and on time record.
We would prefer someone who has experience in customer service and dispatching who has worked in an office setting and knows the local area but it is not required.
This is a full time position with a 401K, Medical benefits and PTO.
pay rate starting at $18 and up depending on experience.
Daily Duties Provide fast, friendly customer service to our customers Answer incoming calls and emails related to service or billing Make outbound calls to book, confirm and follow-up completed appointments.
Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner Other assigned duties as directed by management Key Competencies:
Honesty and integrity Able to take direction and quickly learn new processes and services offered by HVAC Comfort Able to work well under pressure Career-minded, with excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must be able to work varying shifts during peak seasons.
Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm some Saturdays 10am-3pm required during peak season Applicants for positions are subject to a new hire drug screen & background check.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
