WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Ability to provide a high level of customer service to members, visitors, staff, and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner using skills in active listening and problem solving.
Provides direct care to members including but not limited to rooming, phlebotomy, assisting with exams and procedures, perform in-house diagnostic testing, and administer immunizations & injections.
Actively participates in member complaint procedures.
Provides administrative support for members and staff including but not limited to prior authorizations, referrals, answering phones, and registering members.
Works with Population Health Management team through collaborative care coordination determining the healthcare needs of members and families.
Works alongside Director of Training to maintain mandatory education requirements, which include emergency skills.
Ability to act as a team leader for small projects or work groups, creating a collaborative and respectful team environment and improving workflows.
Responsible for managing personnel related activities including, scheduling hours, attendance, time off requests, disciplinary and discharge documentation, performance evaluations and overtime management.
Supervises the daily operations of the office and fosters teamwork between team members and clinicians.
Develops enhanced workflow mechanisms and procedures to increase office efficiency.
Manages expenses and maintain office supply inventory.
Assists in the recruiting, hiring, training, and development of staff.
Manages operations and promotes importance of in-house dispensing services.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
3 - 5 years of office management experience required.
3 - 5 years of clinical background required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and EPIC EMR is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm.
