Customer Service Advocate

Position
Summary:
The Customer Service Advocate's duties are as follows according to department guidelines and policies:
Responsible for initiating calls & emails to potential customers using the provided presentation.
The primary mission is to explain the features and benefits of Sellers Auto Group's vehicles and financial services.
Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls and emails to sales & finance customers, spending approximately 80% of activities on the phone & email.
Works as support for Finance & Sales Departments to provide highest level of customer service to all customers. This will make up approximately 20% of customer service advocate's responsibilities.
This includes general organization, process and procedural improvement.
Participates and contributes actively at each opportunity and meets all company standards including professionalism and attendance.
Interfaces with management and customer relations to ensure objectives for high standards of efficiency and quality are met in the market place.
Analytical ability, judgment, numerical comfort and decisiveness and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.
Adheres to performance expectations as defined by management and to consistently self-manage, self-motivate and strive for improvement.
Prepares paperwork, contracts and helps prepare deals
Prepares and mails all deal packages, mailers with complete and proper documentation to lenders and customers or follows any other process that may be in place in the finance & sales department.
Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale.
Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
Perform other duties as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
