We are looking for individuals who want to take control of their life and financial future and become an agency manager with Farmers Insurance. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.
We have several entry points into becoming an Agency Manager with Farmers Insurance.
Traditional Agency: No upfront investment required and receive assistance up to $3,000 on top of commissions, renewals, bonuses and benefits for your first 3 years.
Agency Acquisition: Purchase an existing book of business or agency that is currently for sale and receive immediate renewals, new business commissions and bonuses.
Retail Agency: Comparable in some ways to a Franchise but without the franchise fees! You start with a branded office location and staff and get $10,000 towards your office startup and $5,000 towards marketing. There is a base requirement of $50k in liquid assets. This path has extensive training and support through the process in addition to an aggressive bonus plan that no other company can compare to in the industry! Potential for commission of 50% and up!

Desired Skills and Experience
College degree preferred, but not required.
Sales, customer service & management experience
Excellent communication skills

Not more than $1000 past due in collections
No criminal history & good driving record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
