WIRELESS RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES
As a Sprint Preferred Provider Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to both internal and external customers. Communicate accurately and effective with management and other sales representatives. Maintain technological knowledge of wireless products and services. Strive and achieve monthly sales goals while building and maintaining a customer base. Provide wireless phone, internet services and accessory guidance. Recommend changes in products and services based on customer needs.
Experience, Skills, Abilities and Education:
o One Year of Direct Sales or Customer Service Experience.
o High School Diploma or equivalent.
o Efficient with various software programs including POS.
o A Willingness to generate and follow up on Leads in a retail sales environment.
o An ability to explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths & weaknesses of competitors' products.
o Effective Verbal, Written and Interpersonal Skills.
o Positive Attitude, entrepreneurial Spirit and strong negotiating skills.
o High Energy Level and Self Motivated.
o Eagerness to Learn New Devices and Technology.
